Rates & Occupancy

Standard room rates are based on double occupancy. Rooms with two double beds may accommodate up to one (1) additional adult guest or two (2) children at a rate of $25 per person, per night.

Minimum Stay

A two-night minimum stay is generally required. During certain holiday periods and/or special events a three-night minimum stay may be required. One-night reservations may be possible depending on our availability. Please call to inquire.

Deposits & Cancellations

Reservations are secured with a deposit of 50% of the reservation total; full payment is required in advance for one-night stays. Deposits are due at the time of reservation and are refundable according to our cancellation policy.

All reservations are subject to a 14-day cancellation period. For cancellations requested 14 days or more prior to arrival, your deposit will be returned less a $25.00 processing fee. In the event a cancellation is requested within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations initiated within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

We are a small family-run business, and your reservation is important to us. Cancellations, particularly ones initiated at the last minute, affect us greatly. There are many reasons a traveler might need to cancel a reservation at the last minute, including illness, family emergencies, flight changes and extreme weather. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate the financial loss associated with a late cancellation.

Group Reservations & Room Blocks

Reservations of three or more rooms will constitute a group booking. Parties traveling together with separate reservations may be considered a group booking. Room blocks must be reserved in consultation with the innkeepers and may not be available at certain times throughout the year. For any group reservation or room block, special terms and conditions may apply. Please call to discuss your needs.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 8:00 pm, please call so we can arrange a late arrival for you. Early check-in (1:00 pm) is available for an additional $25 charge per room.

Check-out is 11:00 am. Late check-out (12:00 pm) may be permitted, depending on availability, for an additional $25 charge per room.

Parking

Onsite parking is limited to guests staying at the Lodge. There is ample space for one (1) vehicle per unit. Please park directly in front of your assigned unit to ensure safe access for other guests.

No Pets

We love pets and have one of our own. However, out of consideration for all our guests, pets are not permitted. You may be charged up to $300 to clean and/or deodorize the room and its contents.

No Smoking

For safety reasons, and out of courtesy for all our guests, smoking, vaping or the use of any other tobacco/marijuana product in the guestrooms or any public area is strictly prohibited. You may be charged up to $300 to clean and/or deodorize the room and its contents.

Housekeeping

Excessive wear and/or damage to items or property may result in additional charges based on costs to remediate.
